IT360 - Administrative Operations

ManageEngine IT360 provides certain significant administrative responsibilities to those users having Admin privileges. These administrative tasks are grouped under different sections such as General, Add Monitor, etc, based on the functionality of each task, so that the Admin users can access easily and effect the required configurations.

 

  1. General Admin Settings of IT360

Navigate to 'Admin -> General' (in case of Professional and Probes) and 'Admin -> Central Settings' (in case of Central). Then, perform the following operations as required:

  1. Networks Module - Admin Settings

Navigate to 'Admin -> Networks' (Applicable to Professional and Probes only). Then, perform the following network monitoring configurations as required:

  1. Servers and Applications Module - Admin Settings

Navigate to 'Admin -> Servers & Applications' (Applicable to Professional and Probes only). Then, perform the following application monitoring configurations as required:

  1. Storage Module - Admin Settings

    Navigate to 'Admin -> Storage' (Applicable to Professional and Probes only). Then, perform the following storage configurations as required:

  1. Traffic Module - Admin Settings

Navigate to 'Admin -> Traffic' (Applicable to Professional and Probes only). Then, perform the following admin operations related to Traffic as required:

  1. Servicedesk Module - Admin Settings

Click Servicedesk tab (Applicable to Professional and Central only). Then perform the help desk operations like adding technicians, mail server settings etc.
