Users with Admin privilege are assigned different responsibilities. The administrative tasks are grouped module-wise, so that the Admin users can access easily and effect the required configurations.
Navigate to 'Admin -> General' (in case of Professional and Probes) and 'Admin -> Central Settings' (in case of Central). Then, perform the following operations as required:
Navigate to 'Admin -> Networks' (Applicable to Professional and Probes only). Then, perform the following network monitoring configurations as required:
Navigate to 'Admin -> Servers & Applications' (Applicable to Professional and Probes only). Then, perform the following application monitoring configurations as required:
Navigate to 'Admin -> Storage' (Applicable to Professional and Probes only). Then, perform the following storage configurations as required:
Navigate to 'Admin -> Traffic' (Applicable to Professional and Probes only). Then, perform the following admin operations related to Traffic as required:
Click Servicedesk tab (Applicable to Professional and Central only). Then perform the help desk operations like adding technicians, mail server settings etc.
