Roles are created by users (usually administrators) and are used to group together privileges or other roles. They facilitate granting of multiple privileges in the form of roles to users.
IT360 provides the ability to manage users and roles for your enterprise, with users assigned to one or more roles, and different permissions associated to each role. This is achieved by first creating different types of Roles, then adding Users, and finally associating the Users with those Roles.
Login to IT360 console with the Username and Password of an Admin user.
Click the Admin tab in the header pane and then the User Management icon. The Users List view wizard is displayed.
This is for the first time user of IT360. The Start Wizard button at the bottom of the User Management section provides a walk-through of each of the below listed User Management setting, in exact sequence. By clicking this, you can access an user-friendly version of the User Management wizard that clearly guides you in which setting is to be configured first and which follows next.
