This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition (Probes only) and MSP Edition (Probes only).
When a fault is detected in your network, an event occurs and multiple events correlate to trigger an alarm. You can configure IT360 to notify the Network Administrator or perform automatic actions, based on the alarm raised for a device.
The following types of notifications can be sent:
Log a Ticket (Trouble ticketing in HelpDesk)
The configured notification settings are available as profiles and can be associated to different devices for different fault criterion.
|Note: Once you have created any of the above notification profiles successfully, you need to associate the profile to a device in order to trigger an alert for faults in the device.|
