The steps listed below help you to add the SAP application, which runs on 64 bit OS;
Note: The below mentioned solution will work, only if IT360 runs on 32bit OS and SAP runs on 64bit OS.
Download 'SAP JavaConnector' from the 'SAP_Windows.zip' file. (Please contact, it360-eval@manageengine.com, to get the 'SAP_Windows.zip' file).
Unzip the file.
In machine, where IT360 is running, copy the file 'librfc32.dll' to the'C:\WINDOWS\system32' directory. In addition, copy the files 'sapjcorfc.dll' and 'sapjco.jar' to the '/applications/working/lib' directory.
Verify the 'msvcr71.dll' and 'msvcp71.dll' files, existing in the Windows system directory. Please make sure that you add the dll files to the Windows system directory, only if they do not previously exist.
Restart IT360.
Now, Add Monitor(s).
Tip: If you face problem in adding SAP Monitor in Windows Vista, then it means that 'msvcr71.dll' and 'msvcp71.dll' files are not present in the Windows Vista machine. Simply copy those dlls from any other windows XP machine to the Vista machine ('c:\windows\system32').
