Associate and Disassociate Technician in ServiceDesk

This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition [Central Server alone] and the MSP Edition [Central Server alone].

You can associate/dissociate the technicians to/from sites using this option. Go to ServiceDesk module -- Admin Tab -- Users -- Technicians. The Technicians List View page appears.

Associate Technician

1. If you want to associate a technician to a site, click on the concerned Technician.

2. The Technician Details page pops up.

3. Select from the list of available sites and click on the Associate button.

Disassociate Technician

1. If you want to dissociate a technician from a site, click on the concerned Technician.

2. The Technician Details page pops up.

3. Select from the list of Associated Sites and click on the Disassociate button.
