There are various types of faults in a network. In general, network health depends on various resources, such as system resources, services, network connectivity, etc. Thus, getting to the root of the problem is simplified, when the monitoring solution raises meaningful alarms. IT360 helps you identify the faults quickly, with its detailed alarms. The different types of IT360 alarms inlcude:
Status-poll Alarms (Sevice, Service, Interface, Port down alarms)
Threshold-based alarms for host resources, response times, etc proactive monitoring
Alarms from SNMP Traps
IT360 monitors the resources for availability and performance, and triggers alarms for all the criteria mentioned above. These alarms can also be sent as emails or sms alerts from IT360.
