This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition (Both Central & Probes) and MSP Edition (Both Central & Probes).
Performance of various resources on a device can impact the health of that device. For instance, it can be due to insufficient hardware, high resource utilization of a resource by a process, too many processes running on that system, or too much incoming and out-going traffic, or even network latency.
IT360 helps you see the performance of all the resources at a glance for a single device. This helps troubleshooting the problem much easier.
Navigate to the Device Snapshot page of that particular device.
Click on the Reports drop down list and select the At a Glance Report option. A window pops up with a detailed report, showing the device health, at a glance. It shows details like the availability, response time, packet loss, resource utilizations etc, as shown in the below screenshot:
From the above At a Glance Report window, you can perform the below actions;
Scheduling Reports
Exporting to PDF
Printer Friendly View
Emailing the Report
Viewing Report Options (As in below screenshot)
