This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition (Probes only) and MSP Edition (Probes only).
IT360 provides an intuitive Availability Dashboard for your Business view, from where you can can view the Business View-based reports. You can track the fault to the root, in no time.
| Note: In the case of MSP edition, first select the Customer from the Customers drop down list and then proceed with the below steps. |
Click on the Dashboard tab. The business view dashboard shows the availability distribution and also the least available devices in that view.
Click on the bar indicating a problem to drill down to the actual fault. The results are displayed in a pop-up window, as shown in the below screenshot.
