Ports Used

IT360 uses several ports while performing its tasks - Monitoring / Communication / Storage. The ports used are listed here:

Note:

  1. The ports mentioned above are the default ports. However, they are subject to change automatically, based on the port availability. Please contact us, if you face any problem in the Central-Probe communication.

  2. The mode of communication between the Central and Probe is, by default, HTTPS

  3. For Hyper-V monitoring across a firewall, it is suffice to open WMI related ports

Ports to be opened in Firewall: For external Browser Access

Certain Ports have to be opened in Firewall, for external browser access. Those ports, for respective editions, are tabulated below;
