IT360 uses several ports while performing various tasks - Monitoring / Communication / Storage. The ports used are listed here:

The ports mentioned above are the default ports. However, they are subject to change automatically, based on the port availability. Please contact us, if you face any problem in the Central-Probe communication.
The mode of communication between the Central and Probe is by default, HTTPS.
For Hyper-V monitoring across a firewall, it is sufficient to open WMI related ports.
