Ports Used

IT360 uses several ports while performing various tasks - Monitoring / Communication / Storage. The ports used are listed here:

I Ports Used Edition-Wise

  1. Professional Edition

II Ports Used in Firewall

  1. Ports to be Opened in Firewall: For Central-Probe Communication

    1. For all IT360 Versions Prior to 9060 (8550, 9000, 9010, 9020, 9030, 9040, 9050)

    2. For IT360 Version 9060 and Above

  2. Ports to be Opened in Firewall: For external Browser Access

Note:

  1. The ports mentioned above are the default ports. However, they are subject to change automatically, based on the port availability. Please contact us, if you face any problem in the Central-Probe communication.

  2. The mode of communication between the Central and Probe is by default, HTTPS.

  3. For Hyper-V monitoring across a firewall, it is sufficient to open WMI related ports.

Ports to be Opened in Firewall: For External Browser Access

Certain Ports have to be opened in Firewall, for external browser access. Those ports, for respective editions, are tabulated below;
