NCM plug-in is available as a single download file for all editions of OpManager and for all languages. (Latest version of NCM plug-in is 5601. If you are using an earlier build, you need to apply NCM plug-in upgrade pack | See what's New in NCM plug-in 5601)

  It has to be installed over OpManager's 8000 build or later only (How can I find my Build number?)  

Version 5.6 for Windows (32 & 64–bit)

Installation Instructions

Read and accept the License Agreement before downloading this software.

Instructions to apply NCM Plug-in

  1. Download OpManager's NCM plug-in file to OpManager server
  2. Shutdown OpManager Service.
  3. Double click OpManager's NCM plug-in exe file. (You have to install NCM plug-in in OpManager server only)
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
  5. Start the OpManager Service.

Important Note

How can I find the Build number of OpManager?

  1. In the Web Client click the "About" link on top right of the page.
  2. You should see the Build number mentioned in the last line.
  3. Check the following image guide to locate the build number.
