ManageEngine and PANACHE Partnership Creates New Japanese Sales and Marketing Channel for ManageEngine Helpdesk Solutions

Tokyo, Japan, December 8, 2009 – ManageEngine, makers of a globally renowned suite of cost effective network, systems, applications and security management software solutions, and PANACHE, an established Tokyo–based IT solutions provider, today announced a partnership in which PANACHE will raise awareness of, and sell, ManageEngine helpdesk applications to customers throughout Japan. The agreement announced today builds on an existing relationship between the two companies in which PANACHE already distributes a number of other ManageEngine IT operations management products.

ManageEngine offers a variety of affordable, effective, IT management software suites, which companies of all sizes use to ensure the performance, availability and security of their computing infrastructures. As part of its commitment to the Japanese market, ManageEngine is increasing its channel efforts, forming or expanding partnerships with successful resellers and distributors, such as PANACHE, to more rapidly reach a greater number of potential buyers.

The partnership between ManageEngine and PANACHE calls for the two companies to undertake a series of marketing, customer education and sales activities throughout Japan. PANACHE will put particular emphasis on selling ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and SupportCenter Plus products as the company aids customers in all phases of helpdesk operations, from those in the earliest stages of design, to those requiring additional tools and training as they work toward an ITIL implementation.

PANACHE itself adopted ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus as the company’s primary tool for their own helpdesk operations, using the application to provide support services to their customer base.
