AdventNet Enhances its Help Desk Solution With Automated Password Reset Tool

The current release features automated password reset tool using Robo technician. The Robo Technician automatically connects to the Active Directory, resets the user password. Apart from resetting the password the Robo Technician does what a real technician will do, it logs and manages password reset requests.
