ServiceDesk Plug-in

MSP Center Plus offers ServiceDesk Plus MSP, an ITIL based help desk software, as a plug-in. The plug-in is available as a downloadable exe from the Central web client. It is easy to install and requires no configuration to be done.

Once you install the plug-in whenever an alarm is raised in MSP Center Plus, a ticket is automatically logged in ServiceDesk Plus MSP. When the ticket is closed, the alarm is automatically cleared and vice versa. Similarly, the Customers and Devices in MSP Center Plus get automatically added as Accounts and Assets, respectively in ServiceDesk Plus MSP.

ServiceDesk Plus Plug-in

Key features of ServiceDesk Plus MSP plug-in:

  • Zero configurations required. Once you install the plug-in, it automatically starts synchronizing data from MSP Center Plus to ServiceDesk Plus MSP
  • No separate license for ServiceDesk Plus MSP is required
  • A Sync option is available to synchronize the data from MSP Center Plus to ServiceDesk Plus MSP. This becomes handy when you are buying the plug-in later after using MSP Center Plus for some time
