Server Monitoring

MSP Center Plus provides detailed availability graphs and daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly availability reports of your servers.

MSP Center Plus’s reporting functionality also provides you with a detailed availability report of all your devices. You can use these reports to ensure that your SLAs are being met.

MSP Center Plus monitors Windows servers via WMI, and Linux and Solaris servers via SNMP. It offers out-of-the-box templates for monitoring these servers without any hassle.

Application Monitoring

MSP Center Plus can monitor mission critical applications that run on Servers. It out-of-the-box supports MS Exchange monitoring. And through custom application monitors, MSP Center Plus can monitor any application that supports WMI.

Service Monitoring

Windows Event Log Monitoring

Using MSP Center Plus administrators can monitor Windows event logs and look for specific event sources, categories, event IDs and patterns in the description of the event. CPU, Memory and Disk Utilization Monitoring

MSP Center Plus monitors key health parameters of your servers like CPU, Memory and Disk Utilization and proactively alerts operators on low disk space, high CPU utilization etc. MSP Center Plus serves as an intelligent server management tool for network administrators and helps in preventing server outages.

Administrators can get automatic reports to identify overloaded and busy servers in terms of CPU and Memory utilization.

Using the partition-wise disk usage reports on servers helps administrators identify highly utilized and least utilized partitions on your network.
