You can view all the requests raised for a account in the Account Details page. This helps you to understand the kind of requests received from the account.
To view the Account requests,
Log in to SupportCenter Plus application using your user name and password.
Click the Accounts tab in the header pane. This opens the Accounts list view page.
Click the title of the account to view the account's requests. This opens the View Account Details page.
Click the Account's Requests button. This opens the account request page as shown below. You can see list of all open request by default however if you would like to view Closed requests, pending requests, requests on hold then select the filter options from the Filter Showing combo box.
Click Close to close the request.
