What's new in VQManager 6.1

The latest VQManager 6.1 improves upon the convenience of multi-vendor VoIP environment monitoring by adding support for the H.323 protocol. VQManager now supports VoIP systems from vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, Quintum, Ericcson, NEC, Asterisk, 3Com, Grandstream, 3CX, Polycom and other vendors who support SIP, H.323 or Cisco SCCP (Skinny).

A typical H.323 VoIP system is depicted below. The VQManager server is deployed such that it receives traffic from the H.323 gatekeeper and H.323 terminals by having their respective ports mirrored to the VQManager interface.
