2. I have submitted my application. What next?

Applications are processed every month. We keep receiving a substantial amount of requests, so apologies in advance if it takes us a while to respond. Entry is capped at 20 new members per month so we can grow the community at a healthy pace and provide a great experience for all new users. At this stage, your patience is appreciated.

3. What is the time commitment expected from CAB members?

The CAB involves annual meetings, quarterly events, and occasional surveys, ensuring a manageable time commitment.

4. What is the validity of my membership after joining the program?

The membership is valid as long as you are associated with ManageEngine as an AD360 or Log360 customer.
