This page contains announcements about the end of support (EOS) for the older versions of ManageEngine AD360. Shortly after a new build is released, an EOS will be announced for older builds.
ManageEngine AD360 versions that have reached their EOS dates will no longer receive security updates, new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and technical support. We strongly recommend that you always update to the latest available build of AD360. Subscribe to receive release notifications.
Builds for which EOS have been announced are listed in the table below:

If you are using an older version of AD360, use our service packs to update to the latest version. You can also write to us at ad360-support@manageengine.com for help updating the product.
Yes! We have announced only the EOS for the earlier versions. However, you can continue to use the older versions, but at your own risk, as your Annual Maintenance and Support (AMS) will not be renewed for these versions and technical support will not be provided beyond the dates mentioned.
The EOS of a build will be announced at least six months before its last support date. This way, users will be able to use this time to plan and update to the latest build.
Yes, product updates are available for free, provided you have a valid annual or AMS subscription. To purchase or renew your subscription, visit our store page.
Please write to sales@manageengine.com. They will help you with the price quote to renew your AMS. After renewal, you can continue to avail support as before.
