Reset Admin Password

To reset your admin password:

  1. Navigate to the <Installation_Dir>\bin folder. By default, the path is C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\AD360\bin.
  2. Find and run the resetADSPassword.bat file.
  3. Your password will now be reset to the default password: admin.

How do I unlock the admin account?

The default admin account may get locked in case of too many unsuccessful login attempts within a short amount of time. By design, the account will be automatically unlocked after a few minutes.

If you wish to immediately unlock the account, navigate to <Installation_Dir>\bin\adsf, and run the unblockAccount.bat file.
