SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams
The dashboard view provides a quick snapshot of all the information related to the sites in your SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams environment.
Click the Tenant drop-down at the top-left and select a tenant to view all the information related to the backup and recovery operations carried out in the particular tenant.
You can view the following information about your SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams environment:
- In the dashboard tiles, you can view the total number of sites, licensed sites, sites that are not backed up, and the total size of the backup. The values in these tiles will be automatically updated when a backup or restore operation is performed.
- In the SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams Backup License Usage section below the dashboard tiles, you can view the number of subscribed sites, the number of licenses used, and the remaining licenses.
- In the Backup Summary section, you can view a graphical representation of the recent backup operations performed, when these backups were performed, and the number of items backed up in each backup cycle.
- In the Restore Summary section, you can view a graphical representation of the recent restore operations performed, when these operations were performed, and the number of items restored.
- In the SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams Backup Repository Usage section, you can view the details of the repository usage and the free space available in the repositories.
- In the Operations Summary section, you can view the summary of operations performed, when these operations were performed, the duration of these operations, and the status (Success or Failed) of the operation. You can select which information from each operation (Backup, Restore, or Download) you wish to view by selecting from the drop-down at the top-left corner of this section.
- In the Recent Actions section, you can view the 10 most recent backup and restore operations performed.
