Support

The Support tab helps you get in touch with us and displays what's coming up next in RecoveryManager Plus.

You can view information on the current build number in the top-right corner of the page. You can also check for new updates to the product by clicking on the Check for Updates button.

The support tab also allows you to view the following information:

Technical Assistance

Request technical assistance from the RecoveryManager Plus Support team. Click Mail Your Queries or shoot us an email at support@recoverymanagerplus.com.

Support Info

This tab will explain how you can compress the logs collected by the product and send them to us in case RecoveryManager Plus malfunctions. These logs can be sent automatically or manually.

How to automatically send logs

  1. Navigate Support > Support Info > Auto.
  2. This will automatically create a support info file.
  3. Note: The time taken for creating the support info file can vary from a few seconds to minutes depending on the logs that have been created by the product over time.

  4. Once the support info files are ready, save the file locally by clicking on the link provided.
  5. Attach the saved ZIP file and email it to support@recoverymanagerplus.com.
  6. Alternatively if the file size is large, you can upload the saved file to our server by following the below steps.
    • Open https://bonitas.zohocorp.com/ in a web browser.
    • Select RecoveryManager Plus from the Product drop-down menu.
    • Provide your email address.
    • Add a comment.
    • Attach the saved support info file from the stored location.
    • Click Upload.

How to manually send logs

  1. Go to the RecoveryManager Plus installation folder.
  2. Zip the folder named logs.
  3. Attach the ZIP file and mail it to support@recoverymanagerplus.com.
  4. Alternatively if the file size is large you can upload the saved file to our server by following the below steps.
    • Open https://bonitas.zohocorp.com/ in a web browser.
    • Select RecoveryManager Plus from the Product drop-down menu.
    • Provide your email address.
    • Add a comment explaining the issue.
    • Attach the saved support info file from the stored location.
    • Click Upload.
