Operation History

This section lists all the restore and download operations that you have carried out using RecoveryManager Plus.

  1. Navigate to the Zoho WorkDrive tab → Operation History.
  2. Select the team that you want to view the operation history from the Team drop-down box.
  3. Once you’ve selected a team, you’ll be provided with the following information for each restoration carried out:
    • Job Name: The name provided for the operation carried out.
    • Backup Point: The backup which was used to perform the operation.
    • Initiated on: The time when the operation was initiated.
    • Duration: The time taken to complete the job.
    • Status: The status (Success or Failure) of the job. Click the View Details link to view the list of all steps that the product performed and the status of each step. Finding out the step at which the restoration failed, if it has failed, will assist in troubleshooting any issue that the product might encounter.
