BIOS Patch Installation Failed

A BIOS patch deployment can fail with the message Patch Installation failed! Contact Support and no further console remark. Logs are needed analyse this issue further

Logs to collect

Collect the agent dcdrv.zip logs from the affected computer. Use the dcdrvlog0 folder if it is present. If it is not present, use the dcdrvlog1 folder.

The package also includes a log named with the failed patch ID, in the form <PatchID>_bios.log. That file is required to investigate the BIOS installation failure.
