M365 Manager Plus is an extensive Microsoft 365 tool that offers preconfigured reports on Microsoft Teams. M365 Manager Plus offers the following categories of reports:
General Team Reports
The reports under this category offer an overall view of the teams in your organization, their size, channels, members, etc.
- All Teams: See an overview of all the teams in your organization using this report. It shows details such as Display Name, Description, Owner, Visibility, Object ID, and more.
- Team Channels: View a list of all the channels in your organization with this report. It shows details such as the Channel Display Name, Membership Type, Email, Object ID, and more. You can also directly delete channels from this list.
- Team Members: See the members of each team in your organization listed in this report. It shows details such as Team Display Name, Member Display Name, Member Type, and more.
- Team Sizes: Know the number of members in each team using this report. It also provides details such as Guest Count, User Count, Members Count, Visiblity, and more.
Team Usage Reports
The reports in this category are based on user count, activity, device usage, and more. They offer a more detailed view of Microsoft Teams in your organization.
- Daily Teams User Count by Device Usage: View the daily count of users accessing Teams based on the type of device used in this report.
- Daily Teams Activities Count by Type: See the daily count of user activities in Teams using this report.
- Daily Teams User Count by Activity: Find the daily count of users who have accessed Teams based on the type of activity they performed in this report.
- Teams User Daily Activity: Get a detailed view into the activities performed by users each day in this report.
- Teams User Device Usage: See a detailed account of all the devices used by Microsoft Teams users in this report.
