Windows Email
You can configure the incoming and outgoing mail server settings for your Windows devices.
Profile Description
| Profile Specification | Description |
|---|---|
| Account Type | Select the Email account type. |
| User Name | User Name of the email account (%email%) Username will be filled automatically to the appropriate user to whom the profile is associated. |
| Password | Password of the user |
| Domain | Domain Name of the email account (%domain%) Domain will be filled automatically to the appropriate user to whom the profile is associated. |
| Download Emails | specify the time interval for the emails to be download, if you specify 7 days, then the last 7 days emails will be downloaded. |
| Frequency to Sync Emails | Specify the time interval to fetch emails. You can do it either manually or automate it with a specific time interval |
| Display Name | Specify the name that needs to be set as the Display Name |
| Reply Email Address | Specify the email address to which the reply mails to be sent |
| Service Name | Specify the Service Name |
| Service Type | Specify the Service Type |
| SMTP Alternative | Specify if you wanted to use SMTP Alternative |
| SMTP Alternative Authentication Name | Specify the Alternative STMP Authentication Name |
| SMTP Alternative Domain Name | Specify the Alternative STMP Domain Name |
| SMTP Alternative Password | Specify the Alternative STMP password |

| Port | Specify the incoming server port number |
| Incoming Server Name | Specify the Host name for incoming server |
| Use SSL | Enabling this will allow users to use SSL |
| Outgoing Mail | |
| Port | Specify the outgoing server port number |
| Outgoing Server Host Name | Specify the Host name for outgoing server |
| Use SSL | Enabling this will allow users to use SSL |
