# Windows Email You can configure the incoming and outgoing mail server settings for your Windows devices. ## Profile Description | Profile Specification | Description | |---|---| | **Email** | | | Account Type | Select the Email account type. | | User Name | User Name of the email account (%email%) Username will be filled automatically to the appropriate user to whom the profile is associated. | | Password | Password of the user | | Domain | Domain Name of the email account (%domain%) Domain will be filled automatically to the appropriate user to whom the profile is associated. | | Download Emails | Specify the time interval for the emails to be download, if you specify 7 days, then the last 7 days emails will be downloaded. | | Frequency to Sync Emails | Specify the time interval to fetch emails.
