FortiClient VPN Patch Download Failure

Description

The download of FortiClient VPN (Offline Installer) patches fails because it is limited to registered users. Therefore, you can manually download the patch and upload it directly to the patch store directly from the console using the Upload Patches option.

Steps

Follow the steps given below to resolve this issue:

Download the updates of FortiClient VPN (Offline Installer) for Windows manually.

1. Click on Upload near the Download failed error message. Using the Upload option you can install this patch.
2. Otherwise, navigate to Patches -> Downloaded Patches -> Upload Patches -> Search for the Bulletin ID TU-1077 for FortiClient VPN (Offline Installer) and click on Upload under Action.
3. Then select Install Patches to deploy.
