File Transfer

Endpoint Central allows you to transfer files or folders of any format with zero clicks on the receiver side. The file transfer feature allows you to instantly share files of up to 1 GB with an endpoint device during remote sessions.

Benefits

1. Sensitive files can be directly sent to the end user's device in one click.
2. An entire folder will be completely transferred without the complexity of compressing files.
3. Files like videos, audio, documents, licenses, executables, and more can be shared.
4. File transfer will happen both ways, from viewer to end user and vice versa.

Pre-requisites

Check if below pre-requisites are covered before initiating file transfer:

• Supported OS: Windows
• Ensure the file transfer executable is available on the viewer machine. You will be prompted to download when you try to transfer files for the first time.

• Exclude the below ports from the firewall, proxy server, and load balancer: 
  
   

  Version	Secure Port	Insecure Port
  Below 11.2.2309.1	8031 and 8443	8032 and 8444
  11.2.2309.1 and above	8443	8444

Note:

• If you are in version 11.2.2309.1 or above, you need not exclude 8054/8053/customized file transfer ports from the firewall or proxy server.
• If file transfer is disabled in your console, please contact our support to enable.
