# Unable to Fetch Response from Server - 12152

## Problem

You can see the error message "Unable to fetch response from server - 12152" on the screen during image replication.

## Cause

This error will be shown if:

1. There are any invalid or unrecognized responses from the server.

## Resolution

You can resolve this issue by clearing the cache in the machine where the Distribution Server of that remote office is installed. To clear the cache, follow the steps given below:

1. Go to the machine where the Distribution Server is installed, click on **Start** and type *disk cleanup* in the search field and press Enter.
2. When the *Disk Cleanup: Drive Selection* dialog appears, select the drive you want to clean.
3. Ensure you select *Temporary Internet Files*.
4. Click **OK** to scan the drive and view how much space is occupied by cache files.
5. Check the items you want to delete. Click **Clean up system files** if necessary, or proceed with **OK**.
6. Once complete, click **Delete Files** when prompted to finalize the cleanup.

Retry image replication after completing the above steps.
