## Problem

The download or deployment of Redhat patches fails with the error message – **Unable to reach https://access.redhat.com/downloads**.

## Cause

Central Server unable to reach RedHat portal.

## Resolution

Ensure that your antivirus/firewall/proxy does not block the below URLs:

2. [https://sso.redhat.com](https://sso.redhat.com)
3. [https://access.cdn.redhat.com](https://access.cdn.redhat.com)
4. [https://cdn.datatables.net](https://cdn.datatables.net)
5. [https://static.redhat.com](https://static.redhat.com)
6. [https://www.redhat.com](https://www.redhat.com)
7. [https://cdn.jsdelivr.net](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net)
8. [https://code.jquery.com/](https://code.jquery.com/)
