# Installing Vulnerability Manager Plus on AWS ## How to install Vulnerability Manager Plus on AWS? For those who wish to ease their server management using Amazon EC2 instance, you can now install Vulnerability Manager Plus on your instance and secure your endpoints with ease. Ensure that the instance meets the [system requirements](https://www.manageengine.com/vulnerability-management/system-requirements.html) needed to install Vulnerability Manager Plus 2. Ensure that the instance's Public IP/DNS is not blocked by any firewall and is accessible to all client computers 3. Open the [ports](https://www.manageengine.com/vulnerability-management/help/vulnerability-management-architecture.html#server_port) of Vulnerability Manager Plus at Amazon [security groups](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonVPC/latest/UserGuide/VPC_SecurityGroups.html) for smooth communication between the Vulnerability Manager Plus server and the client computers **Note:** The database can be hosted in AWS marketplace. You have now successfully installed the Vulnerability Manager Plus server. To proceed further, you have to install the Vulnerability Manager Plus agent on the computers you want to manage.
