You can avail the free license by signing up for the product and registering in the form present inside the product. The offer will be applicable from the date of license generation.

Yes, existing customers of Endpoint Central MSP on-premise can participate in this offer by contacting our sales team. The sales team for Endpoint Central MSP Cloud will generate a new license upon acceptance of this special offer. If you avail of this offer during your current license period, no refunds will be issued for the existing license.

At the end of the offer, the product will automatically switch to the free edition (25 endpoints and one technician license) by default unless renewed by the MSP.

This offer is exclusively available for accredited MSPs. MSP status will be verified by ManageEngine team. The MSP status profiling will be performed based on the organization's:

1. LinkedIn profile
2. Website domain profiling
3. Website content: Specifically the "About us" or another webpage where the organization and its services are detailed.
4. Evidence submitted by a customer about its ability to manage one or more of its clients leveraging the MSP's services. (The evidence document must be linked to the MSP's website/domain).

You are not allowed to combine additional endpoint or technician licenses with this promotion. However, you have the option to add extra licenses at any point in time, whether it's during or after the promotional period. Please note that if you choose to purchase them during the promotion, you will be charged for all endpoint and technician licenses.

Yes, the multi-language pack add-on is available for separate purchase in conjunction with this free license offer. Charges apply only to the multi-language pack, not the endpoints.

For on-premise customers moving to the cloud version, agent migration support is available. However, data and customer details migration are not currently supported.
