Ghostcat Vulnerability Prevention for Endpoint Central MSP

This document will explain you about the Ghostcat vulnerability in Apache Tomcat (CVE 2020-1938).

What was the problem?

A vulnerability with name Ghostcat in Apache Tomcat (CVE 2020-1938) used by Endpoint Central MSP was discovered by external security researchers of Chaitin Tech. This Ghostcat Vulnerability has been mitigated and updates have been released for ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP.

How do I fix it?

This has been identified and fixed on 05-Mar-2020. To apply this fix, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Endpoint Central MSP console, click on your current build number on the top right corner.
  2. You can find the latest build applicable to you. Download the PPM and update.
