Software Inventory Reports

Software by Manufacturer

This reports displays the software inside your managed network against the vendor. Clicking the copies count will show the computers that have the software installed. You can filter the views based on manufacturer type.

To view the report, navigate to Inventory view > Inventory Reports > Software by Manufacturer under Software Reports.

Recently Installed Software

This report displays the recently installed software in your managed network. However, you can configure the timeline for adding the recent most time while generating reports.

To view the report, navigate to Inventory view > Inventory Reports > Recently Installed Software under Software Reports.

Software Product Keys

This report provides the list of product keys used for the software installation, such as:

1. Adobe Photoshop
2. Macromedia Dreamweaver
3. Macromedia Flash
4. Microsoft Office
5. Microsoft SQL Server
6. Microsoft Visual Studio

To view the report, navigate to Inventory view > Inventory Reports > Software Product Keys under Software Reports.

Computers with/without a specific Software

This report provides the list of computers which contains/does not contain the queried software. You can query the software name either by giving an exact query or containing. For example, you can write a query to match the word Adobe or you could write it down as words containing Adobe.

To view the report, navigate to Inventory view > Inventory Reports > Computers with/without a specific Software under Software Reports.

User Specific Software

This report shares data on the software installed with user rights. Any software installed/running with user rights will be added here.

To view the report, navigate to Inventory view > Inventory Reports > User Specific Software under Software Reports.
