Zoho WorkDrive

The dashboard view provides a quick snapshot of all the information related to the users in your Zoho WorkDrive environment.

Click the Team drop-down at the top-left and select a team to view all the information related to the backup and recovery operations carried out in the particular team.

You can view the following information about your Zoho WorkDrive environment:

• In the dashboard tiles, you can view the total number of users, licensed users, users that are not backed up, and the total size of the backup. The values in these tiles will be automatically updated when a backup or restore operation is performed.
• In the WorkDrive Backup License Usage section below the dashboard tiles, you can view the number of licensed users and the number of licenses used by other teams.
• In the Backup Summary section, you can view a graphical representation of the recent backup operations performed, when these backups were performed, and the number of items backed up in each backup cycle.
• In the Restore Summary section, you can view a graphical representation of the recent restore operations performed, when these operations were performed, and the number of items restored.
• In the WorkDrive Backup Repository Usage section, you can view the details of the repository usage and the free space available in the repositories.
• In the Operations Summary section, you can view the summary of operations performed, when these operations were performed, the duration of these operations, and the status (Success or Failed) of the operation. You can select which operation's (Backup, Restore, or Download) information you wish to view by selecting the operation from the drop-down at the top-left corner of this section.
• In the Recent Actions section, you can view the ten most recent backup and restore operations performed.
