Operation History
This section lists all the restore and export (export to PST from existing backups) operations that you have carried out using RecoveryManager Plus.
To find all restore operations carried out in your On-premises Exchange Organization.
To find all export operations carried out in your Exchange Organization.
- Navigate to Exchange tab → Operation History.
- Click on the Export tab.
- Select On-premises from the Exchange Type drop-down.
- Select the Exchange Organization for which you wish to view the restore history.
- Once you’ve selected an Organization, you’ll be provided with the following information for each restoration carried out.
- The name of the export job.
- The location where the exported PST was stored.
- The time at which the export was initiated.
- The time to complete the export process.
- The status (success or failure) of the export operation. Click the View Details link to view the list of all steps that the product performed and the status of each step. Finding out the step at which the export failed, if it has failed, will assist in troubleshooting any issue that the product might encounter.
