• Will there be opportunities to get hands-on answers to core product questions?

  Yes. We’re offering one-on-one sessions, and you’re always welcome to ask questions during and after product training sessions. Once you register, we'll keep you updated via email on the one-on-one booking time line.

• Is there a hashtag I can follow for all ManageEngine User Conference updates?

  All User Conference updates will be tagged with #MEUserConf.

• How do I register for the event?

  You can register from our User Conference page. We will send you the confirmed ticket after registration.

• When does registration end?

  Whenever seats are filled up. That's why we encourage you to register now!

• What should I bring to the conference?

  To get the most out of the event, bring your laptop, mobile device, or both. Several sessions are highly interactive.

• Is there a dress code for the event?

  The dress code is very relaxed. Business casual attire is recommended.

• I won't know until the last minute if I will be able to attend. Will you have enough seats if I decide to come?

  We have a limited number of seats. However, if seats are still available, you can register and receive your conference pass on the day of the event directly at the venue!

• I have a confirmed ticket, but I will not be able to attend. Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague or friend?

  Of course. To transfer a ticket, simply send an email to userconf@manageengine.com with your colleague or friend’s contact information.

• Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?

  Yes. There will be free Wi-Fi available throughout the event.

• Will you be serving food at the event?

  Breakfast, lunch, and light snacks will be provided during the event.

• Do you plan to live stream the event?

  Live streams will be available for specific events only. It doesn't apply to all UserConfs.
