Signing in to a different account for every application you use is slow, and it nudges you toward risky habits such as reusing passwords or writing them down. Identity360 removes that friction by giving you secure, streamlined access to all your applications from a single place: the Identity360 user portal.

From the user portal, you can:

• Sign in once to open all your assigned cloud and on-premises applications
• Enroll in multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add a second layer of protection to your account.

Single sign-on

Single sign-on (SSO) gives you one-click access to your enterprise applications. Upon your initial sign-in to the Identity360 user portal, you can open any of your assigned cloud and on-premises applications without entering separate credentials. You no longer need to remember a password for every application, and your day-to-day access remains fast and consistent.

Multi-factor authentication

Multi-factor authentication protects your account and data from unauthorized access by adding a verification step beyond your password. You enroll one or more authenticators—such as Microsoft Authenticator, email verification codes, and custom time-based one-time passwords (TOTPs)—then complete a quick verification with an enrolled authenticator each time you sign in. This extra layer helps keep your account secure, even if someone learns your password,
