Operation history
This tab lists all the restore and export operations carried out using M365 Manager Plus.
To find all restore operations carried out in your Microsoft 365 tenants:
- Log in to M365 Manager Plus and click the Auditing & Monitoring tab.
- Navigate to Backup > Exchange Online > Operation History > Restore.
- Select the Microsoft 365 tenant for which you wish to view the restore history.
- Once you've selected a tenant, you'll be provided with the following information for each restore operation carried out:
- The name of the restoration job.
- The backup used to perform the restoration.
- The time at which the restoration was initiated.
- The time taken to complete the restore operation.
- The status (success or failure) of the restore operation.
- Clicking the View Details link will display the list of all steps that the product performed and the status of each step. Finding out the step at which the restoration failed will assist in troubleshooting any issue that the product might encounter.
Note: To find the items that were not restored, click the View Details link in the pop-up. You'll be provided with a detailed list of all restorations attempted in that operation and the status of each item's restoration.
To find all export operations carried out in your Microsoft 365 tenants:
- Log in to M365 Manager Plus and click the Auditing & Monitoring tab.
- Navigate to Backup > Exchange Online > Operation History > Export.
- Select the Microsoft 365 tenant for which you wish to view the export history.
- Once you've selected a tenant, you'll be provided with the following information for each export operation carried out:
- The name of the export job.
- The location where the exported PST was stored.
- The time at which the export was initiated.
- The time to complete the export process.
- The status (success or failure) of the export operation.
- Clicking the View Details link will display the list of all steps that the product performed and the status of each step. Finding out the step at which the export failed will assist in troubleshooting any issue that the product might encounter.
