Reviews about OpManager

OpManager - A Must Have Tool In Your Infrastructure: "Overall, it is a very good product for the price. Most other good monitoring software is a subscription based model, so for our organization, the upfront cost plus the YOY support costs were much more doable. The interface is easy enough to use for my admins and it mostly covers all the bases our last product did. The thing I like the most is the interface, as well as the segmentation of various objects. The interface is easy enough to use, but you can also get great depth out of the initial dashboards and graphs you're presented with."

OpManager Review "Great support from the vendor and the tool has come a long way along the years. The vendor proactively listens to client requests to ensure [the] tool is competitive and suits the needs of clients. The modular nature of the tool means clients have the ability to pay only for what is needed, making it very cost effective."

Great Monitoring Solution Overall And A Great Value: "Overall, the product works great and is a very affordable and viable option for most medium-small businesses. I am able to monitor all my servers and network devices, and recently added NCM [Network Configuration Manager] for managing configurations for our Cisco switches. There are a few features that our old system had that this does not have, but nothing deal-breaking. OpManager is a great solution for monitoring."

A Cost Effective Solution For Enterprise Network Monitoring: "It has been a great experience with OpManager by ManageEngine as the tool is quite simple and works well with almost all our networking setup. We have switches from HP, Palo Alto firewall and servers and a highly expanded virtualized environment. The tool is able to gather real time traffic information and gives clear metrics on the action required items."

WAN Link monitoring: Monitor key metrics such as latency, jitter, round-trip time (RTT), and packet loss to eliminate network issues. View hop-by-hop performance to find what's causing latency and to fix it quickly.
