Citrus Secure Access Patch Download Failure

Description

You are trying to download the Citrus Secure Access Endpoint Analysis Patch Download Failure patch. The download URL is dynamic, preventing automatic patch retrieval.

Resolution

Download the package version and architecture required by the selected Patch ID. Upload that matching file. A newer installer does not change the catalog entry. If the required version is absent, follow application-version coverage checks before uploading.

Follow these steps:

1. Download the patch manually from the vendor portal: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-endpoint-analysis/plug-ins/EPA-clients-for-Windows.html .
2. Click on Upload near the Download failed error message. Using the Upload option, you can install this patch.
3. Otherwise, navigate to Patches → Downloaded Patches → Upload Patches → Search for the Bulletin ID TU-2198 and click on Upload under Action.
4. Then select Install Patches to deploy.
