# Red Hat Login Page Error

Resolve Red Hat portal connection errors by allowing the required Red Hat and CDN domains through antivirus, firewall, and proxy controls.

## Problem

Red Hat patch downloads or deployments fail with the error **Unable to reach https://access.redhat.com/downloads**.

## Cause

The central server cannot connect to the Red Hat portal because an antivirus, firewall, or proxy policy is blocking a required domain.

## Resolution

Allow the following domains through the antivirus, firewall, and proxy controls used by the central server:

- [https://access.redhat.com](https://access.redhat.com)
- [https://sso.redhat.com](https://sso.redhat.com)
- [https://access.cdn.redhat.com](https://access.cdn.redhat.com)
- [https://cdn.datatables.net](https://cdn.datatables.net)
- [https://static.redhat.com](https://static.redhat.com)
- [https://www.redhat.com](https://www.redhat.com)
- [https://cdn.jsdelivr.net](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net)
- [https://code.jquery.com/](https://code.jquery.com/)

Retry the Red Hat patch download or deployment. If the issue persists, contact support and provide the relevant log files.
