In STORE Capital, when an account lockout happens due to an incorrect username or password, the accounts stay locked out indefinitely until a technician unlocks the account. To minimize downtime and help technicians be proactive, the implementation manager configured a custom alert to notify technicians as soon as an account is locked out.
