How to configure the SMS Server Settings in Endpoint Central?

This document will help you configure the SMS Server Settings in Endpoint Central.

Steps

Follow the steps given below to configure the SMS Server Settings:

1. Log in to the Endpoint Central's web console. Go to the Admin tab-> SMS Server Settings.
2. Next to URL in the web console, select the protocol of the SMS provider from the drop-down menu: POST or GET. Enter the URL of the SMS provider.
3. Enter the Query Parameter's Key and Value. If you have more than one pair of Key and Value, click on the plus sign and enter them.
4. Enter the Request Header's Key and Value opposite the Request Hearder(s) field. If you have more than one pair of Key and Value, enter them by clicking on the plus sign.
5. In this step, choose whether or not authentication is required to access the SMS Server Settings. If authentication is not required, skip to step number 7.
6. Provide the Username and the Password required to access the SMS Server.
7. Now, enter the Request Payload.
8. Choose the Request Method. There are two options: application/json and application/x-www-form-urlencoded. Choose the option that is applicable to you.
9. Enter a message that will be displayed upon the successful delivery of the message beside the Success Response field.
10. Enter a phone number next to Test Phone Number to check the successful deliver of an example message.
11. Check the box that says Send SMS using unicode for multi-language texts to send the message in unicode format if the message consists of different languages.
12. Click Save.

You have successfully configured the SMS Server Settings in Endpoint Central.
