John serves Infrastructure & Operations Professionals. He has eight years of experience in the technology and consulting industry, with certifications from Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, BMC, and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). At Forrester, his research focuses on service management strategy, adoption, and implementation. In particular, John helps IT leaders and their teams understand the business value of service management, develop their strategy, evaluate and select vendor tools, and implement service management processes such as ITIL. Additionally, John focuses on the organizational impact of service management and its relationship to broader IT trends such as cloud computing.
Raj Sabhlok is the president of ManageEngine and Zoho.com, both divisions of Zoho Corp. Raj has particular interest in IT management software and its power to change the fortunes of a business when implemented effectively.
Prior to Zoho, Raj spent nearly 20 years working with some of the world's most innovative technology companies including Embarcadero Technologies, BMC Software and The Santa Cruz Operation (SCO). In his career, he has held technical, marketing, sales and executive management positions within the enterprise software industry.
Raj has a bachelor's degree in mathamatics from the University of Cawlifornia, Santa Crux and an MBA from Duke University's Fugua School of Business. He lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and four boys - and hist iPhone.
Abdullah is the IT Service delivery Manager at Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development. He has above 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry; with certification from ITIL as V3 Expert. At ADDED, he is in charge of the ITSM implementation and is accountable for the drive of the IT Strategy from service management perspective. In his career, Abdullah was involved in various ISO20000 implementation at enterprise level organizations and played a vital role in increasing the efficiency of IT operations. Abdullah is a user of Manage Engine products since 2009 and used them to assist in bringing the change to the organizations he worked in. Abdullah holds a bachelor degree of science in Computing from University of Portsmouth , UK
