Raj Sabhlok is the president of ManageEngine and Zoho.com, both divisions of Zoho Corp. Raj has a particular interest in IT management software and its power to change the fortunes of a business when implemented effectively.

Prior to Zoho, Raj spent nearly 20 years working with some of the world’s most innovative technology companies, including Embarcadero Technologies, BMC Software and The Santa Cruz Operation (SCO). In his career, he has held technical, marketing, sales, and executive management positions within the enterprise software industry.

What is ManageEngine UserConf14?

UserConf14 is the two-day IT Service Management (ITSM) event from ManageEngine. Our November event will focus on various ITSM solutions for managing your IT help desk, customer support, and IT asset lifecycle as well as solutions for managing mobile devices and desktop computers.

Can I have my questions answered at the event?

Yes, you can get all your questions answered. We have arranged one-on-one sessions as well.

Will there be opportunities to get hands-on answers to core product questions?

Yes, you can get answers to all your questions in our new lab set up.

Can I take certification exam at the ManageEngine UserConf?

Yes, you may take the ManageEngine certification exam at no extra cost.

Is it mandatory to take the certification exam?

No, it's not. But it's a great way for you to save up to $600 per product!

If you want to take the exam later, you are welcome to attend the webinar that will be held within a week after the ManageEngine UserConf. Then you may schedule the online exam by December 15, 2014.

When does the registration end?

Whenever the tickets are sold out. That's why we encourage you to register now!

What should I bring to the conference?

To get the most out of the event, bring your laptop or mobile device or both. Several sessions are highly interactive.

Is there a dress code for the event?

The dress code is very relaxed. Casual to business casual attire is suggested.

Do you have on-the-spot registrations?

Yes, we do. After you arrive at the event, we'll check you in the registration desk.

I won't know until the last minute if I will be able to attend. Will you have enough seats if I decide to come at the last minute?

We have a limited number of seats. However, if tickets are available, you can register at any time - as long as the conference is still in session!

I will not be able to attend. Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague or a friend?

Of course you can. To transfer a ticket, simply send an email userconf@manageengine.com with the details of your colleague or friend.

Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?

Yes. There will be Wi-Fi available throughout the entire event space.

Will you provide food at the event?

We will provide breakfast and lunch. We will also provide tea and coffee during the breaks.

Will you have vegetarian and vegan food options at the event?

Yes, we will have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. If you have any special food requirements, please email us at userconf@manageengine.com

Will you have a reception after hours?

Yes! We will have an evening reception at the end of the first day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if you cancel two weeks before the event.
We offer 50-percent refund if you cancel one week before the event start date.

How do I get to the event from the hotels?

We will arrange a free shuttle to and from the hotels identified on our website.

Do you plan to record the sessions at the event?

Yes, we plan to record all the sessions.

Do you plan to live stream the event?

Currently, we don't have plans to live stream the event.

I am traveling from another country and will need an invitation letter for a visa. How can I get one?

After you register for the event, please send us an email at userconf@manageengine.com with all your pertinent details, and we will provide you an invitation letter.


Where is ManageEngine UserConf14 being held?

We are hosting the event at the Zoho Corp. headquarters and event center in Pleasanton, CA. Pleasanton is in the East Bay, which takes about 45 minutes to reach by train from San Francisco. Pleasanton is a picturesque city nestled in between the rolling hills of the East Bay where high-tech and grapes have found a home. Zoho Corp. has been in Pleasanton for 14 years now, and we are proud to host our customers at our brand new, state-of-the-art event space.

Are there any good places to eat nearby?

There are a number of good restaurants in downtown Pleasanton. We will be happy to guide you based on your preferences.

Driving: 28.5 miles (35 min++), traffic is EXTREMELY bad on this route from 3:30-8pm on weekdays. Highly advise going earlier. Take highway 880 north for 25 miles, then exit Stoneridge Drive, take a right and continue for 1.2 miles, turn right onto Hacienda Drive, continue for 0.3 miles. Zoho Corp HQ to your left!

Shuttles: (40-80 min) SuperShuttle from airport to Zoho Corp/nearby hotels. Shared Ride Van Service: $65 for first passenger, $10 each additional passenger. Public Transport: (2.5+ hours, $7.85) From the airport, walk to Metro Airport Station (0.7 mi, 16min), take Light Rail Train to Alum Rock - Santa Teresa (2 stops, 5 min), Walk to 1st & Mission Civic Center Station (1 min), take Bus 181 to Fremont BART Station, take Fremont BART towards Richmond, stop at Bay Fair station (4 stops, 18 min). Then switch trains to take the Doublin/Pleasanton train (3 stops, 18 min). Walk to Zoho Corp HQ, (26 mn, 1.3mi).


Driving: 40.1 miles (43 min++), traffic is bad on this route from 4:30-6:30pm on weekdays. Highly advise going earlier. Get on highway 101 south for 7 miles and then take Highway CA-92 East for 12.3 miles. (Please be advised, on the return trip, there is a cash toll for $5.) Take highway 880 north toward Oakland for 1.3 miles, then take highway I-238 South towards 580 east, continue on 580 east for 11.2 miles. Exit Hacienda Drive, turn right on Hacienda Drive and stay on it for 1 mile. Zoho Corp HQ to your left!

Public Transport: (2+ hours, $11.25) Take the BART train at the airport. Take the route heading towards Pittsburg/Bay Point to Balboa Park station (5 stops, 18 min). Switch to the Dublin/Pleasanton train (16 stops, 58 min). Walk to Zoho Corp HQ for 1.3 miles, 26 minutes.


Driving: 20.8 miles (23 min), take highway 880 south for 1.8 miles, then take highway 580 east for 17.9 mile, exit Hacienda Drive, make a right onto Hacienda Drive (0.9 mi) , turn right to stay on Hacienda Drive (0.2 mi). Zoho Corp HQ to your left!
