What is ManageEngine ITOM UserConf?

It is the two-day IT Operations Management event from ManageEngine. The event will focus on various ITOM solutions for managing your IT help desk, customer support, and IT asset lifecycle as well as the solutions for managing mobile devices and desktop computers.

Can I have my questions answered at the event?

Yes, you can also participate in one-on-one sessions have all doubts cleared.

Will there be opportunities to get hands-on answers to core product questions?

Yes, our lab setup will answer all your questions hands-on.

Is it mandatory to take the certification exam?

No, it's not. But it's a great way for you to save up to $600 per product!

When does the registration end?

Whenever the tickets are sold out. That's why we encourage you to register now!

What should I bring to the conference?

To get the most out of the event, bring your laptop, mobile device, or both. Many sessions are quite interactive.

Is there a dress code for the event?

The dress code is very relaxed. We suggest casual to business casual attire.

Do you have on-the-spot registrations?

Yes, we do. After you arrive at the venue, you can register.

I won't know until the last minute if I will be able to attend. Will you have enough seats if I decide to come at the last minute?

We have limited number of seats. However, if tickets are available, you can register at any time - as long as the conference is still in session!

I will not be able to attend. Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague or a friend?

Of course, you can. To do that, simply send an email to userconf@manageengine.com with the details of your colleague or friend.

Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?

Yes. There will be Wi-Fi available throughout the entire event space.

Will you provide food at the event?

We will provide breakfast and lunch. We will also provide tea and coffee during the breaks.

Will you have vegetarian and vegan food options at the event?

Yes, we will have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. If you have any special food requirements, please email us at userconf@manageengine.com

Will you have a reception after hours?

Yes! We will have an evening reception at the end of the first day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if you cancel two weeks before the event.
We offer 50-percent refund if you cancel one week before the event start date.

How do I get to the event from the hotels?

We will arrange a free shuttle to and from the hotels identified on our website.

Do you plan to record the sessions at the event?

Yes, we plan to record all the sessions.

Do you plan to live stream the event?

Currently, we don't have plans to live stream the event.

I am traveling from another country and will need an invitation letter for a visa. How can I get one?

Where is the ManageEngine ITOM UserConf being held?

We are hosting the event at the Zoho Corp. headquarters and event center in Pleasanton, CA. Pleasanton is in the East Bay, which takes about 45 minutes to reach by train from San Francisco. Pleasanton is a picturesque city nestled in between the rolling hills of the East Bay where high-tech and grapes have found a home. Zoho Corp. has been in Pleasanton for 14 years now, and we are proud to host our customers at our brand new, state-of-the-art event space.

Are there any good places to eat nearby?

There are several good restaurants in downtown Pleasanton. We will be happy to guide you based on your preferences.

FROM SJC AIRPORT (SAN JOSE):

Driving: 28.5 miles (35 min++), traffic is EXTREMELY bad on this route from 3:30pm-8pm on weekdays. Take highway 880 north for 25 miles, then exit Stoneridge Drive, take a right and continue for 1.2 miles, turn right onto Hacienda Drive, continue for 0.3 miles.Then, Zoho Corp HQ will be on your left.

Shuttles: (40-80 minutes) SuperShuttle from airport to Zoho Corp/nearby hotels. Shared Ride Van Service: $65 for first passenger, $10 each additional passenger. Public Transport: (2.5+ hours, $7.85) From the airport, walk to Metro Airport Station (0.7 mi, 16 min), take Light Rail Train to Alum Rock - Santa Teresa (2 stops, 5 min), Walk to 1st & Mission Civic Center Station (1 min), take Bus 181 to Fremont BART Station, take Fremont BART towards Richmond, stop at Bay Fair station (4 stops, 18 min). Then switch trains to take the Doublin/Pleasanton train (3 stops, 18 min). Walk to Zoho Corp HQ, (26 minutes, 1.3mi).

FROM SFO AIRPORT (SAN FRANCISCO):

Driving: 40.1 miles (43 min++), traffic is bad on this route from 4:30pm-6:30pm on weekdays. Get on highway 101 south for 7 miles and then take highway CA-92 East for 12.3 miles. (Please be adviced, on the return trip, there is a cash toll for $5.) Take highway 880 north toward Oakland for 1.3 miles, then take highway I-238 South towards 580 east, continue on 580 east for 11.2 miles. Exit Hacienda Drive, turn right on Hacienda Drive and stay on it for 1 mile.Then, Zoho Corp HQ will be on your left!

FROM OAK AIRPORT (OAKLAND):

Driving: 20.8 miles (23 min), take highway 880 south for 1.8 miles, then take highway 580 east for 17.9 mile, exit Hacienda Drive, make a right onto Hacienda Drive (0.9 mi) , turn right to stay on Hacienda Drive (0.2 mi).Then, Zoho Corp HQ will be on your left!
