The Lucky Draw

You understand that by participating in the lucky draw ("Lucky Draw") you are accepting the terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agreeing to be bound by them. This Lucky draw is organized and administered by ManageEngine, a division of Zoho ("ManageEngine").

Eligibility

The Lucky Draw is open to the legal residents of all countries except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. Employees (including their friends and family members), resellers, and partners of Zoho are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. ManageEngine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify your entry if it concludes that: a) you have submitted more than one entry, or, b) you have acted in violation of the Terms or any applicable state, federal, or local laws or regulations. The decision of ManageEngine shall be final and binding in all respects and you agree to be bound by the same.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner selection and notification will take place at 3:15 PM on August 27, 2019, at the ManageEngine Booth P3 at the Gartner Security and Risk Management Summit. For the winner selection on August 27, 2019, the coupons received from August 26 to 27, 2019, will be considered. There will be two winners for the draw. The winner will win a smart home security device ("Prize"). To be eligible to claim the Prize, winners must submit the coupon attached at the bottom of the survey form at ManageEngine's Booth P3 at the Gartner Security and Risk Management Summit. Unless expressly stated within these Terms, all other expenses incidental to the enjoyment of the Prize is the responsibility of the winner. Lucky Draw participants should be physically present at the Booth P3 at the time of the Lucky Draw. If the individual whose coupon is chosen is not present at the booth, then his/her coupon will be forfeited and the raffle will be re-drawn. The Prize is not transferable, assignable or refundable and cannot be substituted for cash. Prize must be accepted as awarded. ManageEngine reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated by ManageEngine.

Limitations of Liability

By taking part in the Lucky Draw, you agree to release Zoho and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Entities") from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or with participation in the Lucky Draw. By taking part in the Lucky Draw, you agree that no claim relating to such injuries, damages, or losses shall be asserted against any of the Entities.

General Conditions

• This Lucky Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Gartner. By dropping the coupon you acknowledge that Gartner is in no way responsible for the same and to the maximum extent permitted by law, release Gartner from any liability in connection with this Lucky Draw.
• The Lucky Draw will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of Maharashtra.
• ManageEngine reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Lucky Draw, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement.
• If for any reason the Lucky Draw is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, ManageEngine shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Lucky Draw.

For Survey

Individual responses to the survey will not be disclosed. However, the overall insights gathered from the responses will be used for preparing a survey report, which may be published by ManageEngine.
