What is the ManageEngine Canada UserConf?

The ManageEngine UserConf is a three-day event that focuses on various IT management solutions, including tools for IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), IT security management, Endpoint management, and Active Directory management.

Will there be opportunities to get hands-on answers to core product questions?

Yes, we’re offering one-on-one sessions, and you’re always welcome to ask questions during and after product training sessions.

What time should I show up?

Registration starts at 7:30am on all three days.

How do I register for the event?

You can now grab your early-bird tickets (US$ 119 per ticket) by visiting our User Conference page.

This promotion runs until August 15th; after that, each ticket will be US$ 239.

What should I bring to the conference?

To get the most out of the event, bring your laptop, mobile device, or both. Several sessions are highly interactive.

Is there a dress code for the event?

The dress code is very relaxed. Casual or business casual attire is suggested.

I won't know until the last minute if I will be able to attend. Will you have enough seats if I decide to come?

We have a limited number of seats. However, if seats are still available, you can register and purchase your ticket on the day of the event directly at the venue!

I purchased a ticket, but I will not be able to attend. Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague or friend?

Of course you can. To transfer a ticket, simply send an email to userconf@manageengine.com with your colleague or friend’s contact information.

Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?

Yes. There will be free Wi-Fi available throughout the entire event space.

Will you be serving food at the event?

We'll be providing breakfast and lunch on all three days, and a welcome reception on 10th September, 5pm - 6.30pm. We'll also have some delicious light snacks during the breaks.

Most importantly, ensure you don’t miss out on our ManageEngine conference bash on the second day (11th September), 5pm onward.

Will you have vegetarian and vegan food options at the event?

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if you cancel two weeks before the event's start date. We offer a 50-percent refund if you cancel one week before the event's start date.

Do you plan to live-stream the event?

We don't have plans to live-stream the event currently.

Is the venue easily accessible via public transportation?

Yes, the closest subway station, Osgoode Station, is just a 2 minute walk on Queen Street West.

How far is the venue from the airport?

The hotel is located about 23 kilometres east of Pearson International Airport. The subway from the airport to Osgoode station should take you 36 minutes.
