1. When I am trying to connect to a domain, I get an error “Unable to establish connection”. What should I do?

      Ensure the following to resolve this error

    • You have specified the valid domain controller name or IP address.
    • The mobile where app is installed should be in the same network as the domain controller.
  2. When I am trying to connect to a workgroup (or) to a computer under domain/work group I get an error “System is unreachable”. What should I do? Ensure that the computer and the mobile app are in the same network to establish connection.
  3. When I am trying to connect to a computer I get an error “Failed to connect Hostname/IP address”. What should I do? Ensure that the computer you are trying to connect is available online and TCP port 445 is reachable in the computer from the mobile app.
  4. When I am trying to connect to workgroup (or) to a computer under domain or work group I get an error “User does not have the appropriate permission”. What should I do? Ensure that the user has administrator privileges to access that computer.
