When I am trying to connect to a domain, I get an error “Unable to establish connection”. What should I do?
Ensure the following to resolve this error
You have specified the valid domain controller name or IP address.
The mobile where app is installed should be in the same network as the domain controller.
When I am trying to connect to a workgroup (or) to a computer under domain/work group I get an error “System is unreachable”. What should I do? Ensure that the computer and the mobile app are in the same network to establish connection.
When I am trying to connect to a computer I get an error “Failed to connect Hostname/IP address”. What should I do? Ensure that the computer you are trying to connect is available online and TCP port 445 is reachable in the computer from the mobile app.
When I am trying to connect to workgroup (or) to a computer under domain or work group I get an error “User does not have the appropriate permission”. What should I do? Ensure that the user has administrator privileges to access that computer.
